1. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by monitoring endpoints you do not own or have permission to monitor, or by attempting to disrupt the Service for other customers.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Annual plans are discounted. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
4. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties except where required by law. Service-level commitments, where offered, are described in your plan.
